Family Medicine Physician Assistant Locums Job in California | 10-hour Shifts | Beginning February 16, 2026 - Ongoing | Assignment #112850
Coverage Details
-- February 16 – Ongoing
-- 4x10s, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
-- Must be available for at least 6 months
Requirements
-- Active California license
-- ACLS, BLS, DEA
-- Must be available for at least 6 months
-- Clean malpractice – Highly Preferred
-- Local candidates – Highly Preferred
Assignment Details
-- Patient visits scheduled at 40-minute intervals initially for orientation
-- Patient volume: 15–17 per day, higher for acute care schedule
-- EMR: Cerner
-- Support staff: Medical Assistant; Medical Director on site weekly and available by phone during working hours
-- High number of diabetic patients; low pain management cases
