Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver advanced wound care to patients with wounds unhealed for over 30 days
- Use amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality
- Perform initial patient assessment and order synthetic skin or skin grafts as needed
- Conduct wound debridement and rewrapping procedures
- Operate autonomously and adhere to established care plans in the home setting
- Travel to the patient's residence to provide clinical care
Additional Information
- Indiana Physician Assistant license and Wound Care board certification required
- Advanced wound care experience preferred
- Must be confident operating solo and following established care plans
