Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient ENT Clinic

🏥 Hospital-Employed | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
A hospital-employed ENT (Otolaryngology) clinic in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time NP or PA to join a busy, established outpatient practice.

Monday–Friday schedule

No weekends, no call

Strong physician support and experienced clinical staff
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions in an outpatient setting

Perform follow-up visits, routine ENT care, and patient education

Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests

Document care in the EMR and coordinate referrals as needed
Requirements:
-
Licensed NP or PA
-
Board certified or eligible
-
ENT, primary care, or surgical specialty experience preferred (training available)
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $115,000 – $160,000
