Contract: 3 months with potential to extend
Schedule: 4 days/week | 8:30a–5:00p | No call
Position Details:
Outpatient clinic setting
~20 patients/day, mostly follow-ups
Adult-only population (18+)
Chronic disease management with occasional urgent visits
EMR: Epic
Strong team support (RNs, LVN, MAs)
Requirements:
2–3 years recent outpatient primary care experience
Minimum 1 year Epic experience
Spanish speaking preferred
Experience with vulnerable/safety-net populations strongly preferred
