We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary-care team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive adult primary care in a physician-led setting, manage chronic conditions, conduct preventive and wellness visits, and collaborate closely with physicians and other care-team members to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic conditions and routine follow-ups
Conduct preventive and wellness visits
Maintain accurate and thorough EMR documentation
Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow APPs
Qualifications
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
