Family Medicine APP Opening in New York Located in Wilton, NY A brand-new primary care clinic is opening in Wilton, offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Family Medicine team. This role provides the chance to help shape a new practice location while delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages. About the Opportunity -Join an established Family Medicine team expanding to a new clinic site -Full-time outpatient role caring for patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics -Provide routine physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, and wellness counseling -Work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on patient education and long-term well-being Compensation & Benefits -Starting compensation: $130,233 -Starting bonus -Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance -Paid malpractice with tail coverage -CME time and expense allowance -Paid time away from practice -Retirement savings program with employer match Candidate Requirements -Board Certified NP or PA -New York State license -DEA required -Strong interest in full-spectrum Primary Care, including pediatrics This is an excellent opportunity for an APP passionate about primary care to join a supportive team and contribute to the launch of a new Family Medicine practice in a thriving community.
