- Work Dates Needed: 1/6/2026-1/30/2026 with possible extension
- Schedule: Tuesday, 7a-3p (60), Thursday 8a-7p (60), and Friday 8a-12p. No weekends and holidays
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
- Scope of Work: Acute care, primary care, outpatient, 12-15 ppd
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active FL license, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see ages 2+
- EMR: EPIC (experience Preferred)
