Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care in a Family Practice setting
- Deliver care to a patient panel with 75 percent Spanish-speaking patients (translation support provided)
- Serve a predominantly Medical/Medicaid patient base
- Utilize Epic electronic medical records system for all patient documentation
- Collaborate closely with medical assistants and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
- Locum experience is required
- Prior experience in FQHC, rural health, or Indian Health Service settings is preferred
- Recent Family Practice experience is required (internal medicine and pediatrics only backgrounds are not accepted)
- Active California DEA and Furnishing license required
- Family Medicine board certification required
