Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide family practice care exclusively for school district employees and their families
- Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver preventive care and routine health screenings
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans using eClinicalWorks
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Additional Information
- Must hold a valid Physician Assistant license in California
- Minimum 2 years of family medicine experience required
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred
