We are seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Portuguese) NP or PA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our Fall River clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions while serving as an essential resource for our Portuguese-speaking community.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, exams, and follow-up c
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs and imaging
- Prescribe medications per MA guidelines
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
- Document accurately in the EHR
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (NP or PA) from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts NP or PA license
- National certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA)
- DEA certification (or eligibility)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered)
- Strong communication and patient-engagement skills
