- Work Dates Needed: ASAP
- Preferred Schedule: PRN | 7am or 8am-3pm
- Worksite Setting: Adult Only Outpatient Clinic
- Scope of Work: Provider meets with patients, develops correct plan, helps execute plan and procedure. Mainly injections into joints and bone marrow for regenerative medicine.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board certified NP with active IL license, IL CSR, BLS and DEA. Ortho experience highly preferred
- EMR: AestheticsPro
- Pay Rate: $85-$95 per hour
