TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a locum or temp-to-perm opportunity at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. This role offers a supportive team-based environment, steady patient volume, and the ability to serve rural and underserved communities across an established multi-site health system.

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

1-hour lunch break

Patient Volume: 16–18 patients per day
Setting: Primary Care, outpatient only
Age Range Treated: All ages
Work Style: Team-based care
Support Staff: MAs, LPNs, RNs
Telehealth: Not included
EMR: Epic
Credentialing & Onboarding
Fast credentialing process
Provider will be enrolled with major payors
Full support from administrative and clinical leadership teams

Qualifications
Current DEA registration
Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
Ability to work independently within a team model
Strong clinical documentation and patient communication skills
Orientation/interview with CMO and clinical team required
Working Hours
Friday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Length of Assignment: 5–8 months (with option to transition to permanent)
