Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our care delivery team. This role is essential in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to our clinic's clinical excellence and operational success. Working both independently and in collaboration with a supervising physician, the PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients-ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain detailed patient histories, perform comprehensive physical exams, and assess retinal and related conditions.

  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests to support accurate clinical decisions.

  • Perform appropriate in-clinic procedures within the PA scope of practice.

  • Develop patient-centered treatment plans and continuously monitor their effectiveness.

  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans to promote understanding and adherence.

  • Support clinic operations through additional duties as needed and within scope of practice.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

  • Active PA license in the State of North Dakota.

  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment while managing multiple priorities.
