TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum-to-permanent position at a residential substance abuse treatment center in Stowe, Vermont. This role offers a supportive environment, low patient volume, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative behavioral health team. Candidates with addiction treatment experience are preferred but not required.

Hours: 8:30am–4:30/5pm
Call: Begins at 5pm on scheduled workdays only
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with option to transition to permanent

Job Responsibilities
Manage a low-volume caseload (up to 8 patients per day)
Participate in a team-based model with Directors, 24-hour nursing, and a PMHNP
Perform a mix of onsite and potential telehealth services once fully onboarded
Participate in call rotation (telephone call only) on working days only
Qualifications
Addiction treatment experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
