APP – Family Medicine | Edmeston, NY National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Overview A progressive, academic health system in central New York is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Family Medicine team in Edmeston, NY. Job Description & Responsibilities • Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians • Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM • Option for 4/10-hour shifts (7 AM–5 PM) • No OB • Full spectrum case mix with a diverse patient population • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Loan repayment may be available through federal and state programs • EMR: EPIC Compensation • Salary range: $107,714 – $133,699 (Based on qualifications, experience, education, and market standards) Job Requirements • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • NYS Licensure • BLS Certification • DEA License Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (vacation and holidays) • Life insurance and disability protection • Paid malpractice coverage • Retirement plan • CME time and allowance • Moving assistance available
