Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Herkimer, NY National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant A progressive healthcare system in Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in Herkimer, NY. The position is based in a 160-bed long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility serving a largely rural population.
