Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans
- Document all patient encounters using Athenahealth EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years experience in primary care or urgent care outpatient settings required
- Must hold current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certifications
- Licensure in Minnesota required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Proficiency with Athenahealth EMR preferred
