- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 730a-430p (60). No weekends or holidays
- Worksite Setting: Onsite Outpatient Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license, BLS and DEA. Primary Care/Occ Health experience
- EMR: EPIC and OHM
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80-$90 per hour
