In this role, you will provide patient-centered care to adult or family panels, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, coordinate referrals to specialists, and collaborate closely with the healthcare team to promote overall community health and wellness. Job Description:
Compensation : $135000 - $150000 Job ID : 40150
Job Function:
Function independently while managing a personal panel of patients.
Provide care to patients of all ages (5–100), with an option for an adult-only panel if family medicine training is not completed.
Deliver full-spectrum primary care, including diagnosing and treating medical illnesses and making specialist referrals.
Serve a diverse patient population in a community health setting, treating both routine and chronic conditions.
Job Requirements:
Valid Physician Assistant license for the state of NY.
DEA registration and CSR (active or applied) preferred but not required.
2 years of professional experience as a Physician Assistant.
