Job Description:

Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 8AM - 5PM.
- Join a strong primary care team providing 100% outpatient care.
- Primary Care to an adult patient base.
- Part of multispecialty group to make appropriate referrals.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified FNP, ANP or PA to be considered.
- NY License Required.
- 1+ year primary care experience preferred, not required.
