Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Neurosurgery team at a 543-bed tertiary care facility and Level I Trauma Center. The team includes 10 neurosurgeons and 12 APPs, fostering a collegial and team-oriented culture.
#### Practice Overview:
Provide neurosurgical care across ED, NCCU, trauma, and medical floors
Rotating schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
Night and weekend differential pay
Perform emergent bedside procedures
Fully integrated Epic EHR system

#### Candidate Requirements:
Licensed NP/PA in Virginia (or eligibility)
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery or neuro-critical care experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to manage complex patients in both inpatient and emergent settings
