Family Nurse Practitioner Opening – Adams County, Ohio Seaman, Ohio Position Details: Position Title: Family Nurse Practitioner Job Type: Full-Time, permanent Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a physician office under the direction of a Physician. Responsibilities: * Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines * Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess clinical problems and health care needs * Record findings and develop treatment plans and prognoses based on patient condition * Prepare and periodically review comprehensive patient care plans and goals * Prescribe or recommend medications or treatments such as physical therapy or inhalation therapy * Refer patients to specialists for further treatment as appropriate * Maintain compliance with health system Code of Conduct Requirements: * Master’s Degree in Nursing – Required * Minimum of 2 years of experience as NP – Preferred * Current NP (RN) License in the State of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain – Required * Current BLS certification – Required
