Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant)

A respected, physician-led oncology group in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient team. This is a 100% ambulatory role with a strong existing patient base, top-tier facilities, and a focus on quality, community-based cancer care.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedule opportunities (Full-time, part-time)
• Balanced hematology and oncology mix
• Average 12 patients per day
• Modern infusion centers, on-site labs, imaging, and radiation oncology
• Minimal call (1:7 rotation, phone only)
• Open to new APP graduates or APPs with limited oncology experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $120K–$140K with production bonus potential
• 5 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays
• $2K CME stipend
