Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics
- Manage a mix of primary care and pain management cases, including oversight of approximately 100 patients enrolled in a pain management program
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Additional Information
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience required
- Must be comfortable seeing all age groups and managing pain management cases
- California state license and DEA certification required
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
- Familiarity with Epic EMR is preferred
