Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a Family Practice setting
- Deliver care to a population that is approximately 75 percent Spanish speaking, supported by translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistants
- Manage a patient base with a high proportion (78 percent) of Medical/Medicaid coverage
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing Epic EMR
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care team members
Additional Information
- Locum tenens experience required
- Experience with FQHC, rural health, or IHS settings is preferred
- Most recent clinical experience must be in a Family Practice environment (internal medicine or pediatrics experience not accepted)
- Active California DEA and Furnishing license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
