We are currently looking for a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Alexandria, VA

  • Manageable Patient Volume: Maintain high quality of care with a structured volume of 2024 patients per day. Appointments are primarily 15 minutes for follow-ups, with 30 minutes for annual physicals and minor procedures.
  • Predictable M-F Schedule: Enjoy a consistent schedule with clinical hours MonFri (8 AM12 PM, 1 PM5 PM), a half-day off per week, and no weekends or admin time required.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Work in a single-location practice supported by tenured staff (Nurses, Receptionists, Office Managers) and a shared pool of MAs, with plans to implement Athenas iScribe for charting efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of post graduate experience highly preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Board certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant
  • Active Virginia license or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
