#### Candidate Qualifications:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active and unrestricted New York License
Active DEA Registration
Post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Estimated Base Salary: $130,760 – $154,911 annually
