Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a patient panel with a focus on chronic pain management
- Ensure chart closure within 72 hours
- Provide comprehensive care aligned with family practice protocols
- Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory standards
Additional Information
- Must be licensed in California
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine; BE considered if within 5 years of residency
- Active DEA required before start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar panel management setting
