Job description

Job description We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant for a 70-day locum tenens assignment in California. This role begins on Jan 5, 2026, and features a Monday through Saturday schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates must have at least one year of advanced practice provider experience in interventional radiology and hold a current Fluoroscopy Certification.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • See and manage interventional radiology cases under the supervision of the attending physician
  • Perform patient assessments and assist with diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
  • Document patient encounters and update medical records accurately
  • Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information
  • Active California PA license required
  • One year of interventional radiology APP experience required
  • Fluoroscopy Certification required
  • Board certifications in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology or General Radiology required
