Advanced Practice Provider – Primary Care Location: Shelton, CT Shift Detail: Monday–Friday Overview: An excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a dedicated and compassionate primary care team in Shelton, CT — a convenient location near both the coast and New York City.
