Advanced Practice Provider – Family Medicine / Primary Care Location: Prospect, CT Minimum of 2 years of Experience in a Primary Care Shift Detail: Monday–Friday Overview: An exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a compassionate and collaborative primary care team in Prospect, CT — where community-focused care meets modern, evidence-based medicine. Qualifications: • Unrestricted (or eligible) State of Connecticut medical license. • Certification as an APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient clinical setting preferred.
