Qualifications: • Unrestricted (or eligible) State of Connecticut medical license. • Certification as an APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient clinical setting preferred.
