Very busy Family Medicine Clinic! Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts!
Summary:
Provides direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA). Serves as a clinical expert through patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consultation, while maintaining program excellence and professional growth. Responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating patient care, delivering ongoing treatment while fostering a strong patient-provider relationship. Committed to cost-effective care management, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient experiences through continuous process improvement. Provides direct patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted CA licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Primary Care experience required.
