Advanced Practice Provider – Family Medicine Opportunity in Franklin, IN
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Family Medicine practice in Franklin, Indiana. This is a hospital-employed, permanent position designed to meet the growing demand for primary care services in the community.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, permanent role
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Outpatient setting
Limited call rotation: 1:8 (phone availability only)
EMR: Cerner
Must be certified and hold an active Indiana license
Hospitalist program covers all inpatient needs, allowing providers to focus solely on outpatient care
Work alongside a highly respected and experienced group of colleagues
