- Work Dates Needed: 12/29,12/30,12/31 half day 01/02, 01/05 Weekend beeper call 1/3-1/4
- Preferred Schedule: 9a-4p all dates except 12/31
- Worksite Setting: Private practice
- Scope of Work: 10-12 patients per day, Cradle to grave- New Born experience as well as taking phone coverage after clinic hours and over the weekend.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MI licensed, BC
- EMR: Athena
