JOB OVERVIEW
  • Job Title: Physician Assistant
  • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Location: Redway, California
  • Service Setting: Community health / Outpatient primary care
  • Supervision: Reports to Medical Director
  • Shift Schedule: TBD

PATIENT INFORMATION
  • Patient Population: All ages
  • Setting: Family practice, outpatient clinic

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Valid, unrestricted California PA license required
  • DEA registration required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base Salary: $117,531 $127,615 per year
  • 4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
  • 4-day work week
  • Continuing Education (CE) leave and reimbursement

  • Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions
  • Coordination with internal and external care providers
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Prescribing medications
  • Minor procedures (as appropriate to scope of practice)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certification: Certified Physician Assistant
  • Licensure: California PA license
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
  • Experience: Family practice or outpatient clinic setting preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, understanding of community health care delivery

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers for holistic patient care
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
  • Support community outreach efforts aligned with RRHC's mission
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
