- Job Title: Physician Assistant
- Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
- Location: Redway, California
- Service Setting: Community health / Outpatient primary care
- Supervision: Reports to Medical Director
- Shift Schedule: TBD
PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Population: All ages
- Setting: Family practice, outpatient clinic
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Valid, unrestricted California PA license required
- DEA registration required
- Current ACLS and BLS certification required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $117,531 $127,615 per year
- 4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
- 4-day work week
- Continuing Education (CE) leave and reimbursement
- License reimbursement for qualified applicants

- Relocation package may be available with a 12-month commitment REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions
- Coordination with internal and external care providers
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Prescribing medications
- Minor procedures (as appropriate to scope of practice)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certification: Certified Physician Assistant
- Licensure: California PA license
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Experience: Family practice or outpatient clinic setting preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, understanding of community health care delivery
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
- Collaborate with internal and external providers for holistic patient care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
- Support community outreach efforts aligned with RRHC's mission
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
