A new opportunity for an experienced NP or PA to join a Post-Acute team in Manhattan.
- Full-time/ Permanent role
- 5 days a week, Mon- Friday (very flexible schedule)
- Duties include: Perform primary care duties in an LTC or SNF
- 17 patients per day
- NY license in hand & DEA
- 1 year of Primary Care experience required
