Mid-Level Provider Opportunity - Outpatient Primary Care
Location: Perry, NY - Buffalo 55m
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Setting: Outpatient Clinic (Daytime hours with some evenings)
Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
Position Highlights
* Full-scope primary care for both well and ill patients
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
* Serve as a practitioner, consultant, educator, and role model within the clinic
* Participate in quality improvement and staff education initiatives
* Ensure care delivery aligns with state/federal regulations, hospital policy, and JCAHO standards
* Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
Qualifications
* Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Current license to practice as:
* Nurse Practitioner with RN license in New York, or
* Physician Assistant licensed in New York
* At least 1 year of experience in a primary care or similar setting preferred
* Current BLS certification required Estimated pay range/amount is $120k to $160k.
