Job description HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. If you have a strong interest in Rural Medicine, consider joining the strong and expanding team in Breese. Compensation & Benefits Package - Sign-on bonus - Comprehensive benefits package including a robust retirement plan with match options - Student Loan assistance Position Details: -Well established, growing practice -Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week -Minimal call through group shared call -100% Outpatient Practice -Strong support staff available -EPIC EMR Position Requirements: -Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start -Board Certified or Board Eligibility -2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required
Education Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
  • Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
  • Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
  • Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
  • Federal DEA license is preferred.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
