Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Location: Hamilton-Warsaw Region (West Central Illinois / Southeast Iowa) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Occasional Saturday shifts required Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: An established and growing primary care team is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join its practice serving the Hamilton-Warsaw area. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused role offering a traditional weekday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage. The ideal candidate is an experienced, board-certified provider who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, community-oriented setting.
