Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Location: Hamilton-Warsaw Region (West Central Illinois / Southeast Iowa) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Occasional Saturday shifts required Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: An established and growing primary care team is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join its practice serving the Hamilton-Warsaw area. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused role offering a traditional weekday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage. The ideal candidate is an experienced, board-certified provider who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, community-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan Collaborate with a supportive team of providers and clinical staff Deliver high-quality care with a focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management Participate in occasional Saturday coverage as part of a rotating schedule Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $105,000 (increases with experience) Sign-on bonus Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable Full benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and AD&D insurance Malpractice coverage with tail 403(b) pension plan and 457(b) tax-deferred retirement option On-site employee childcare center Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or equivalent) Board Certification required Eligible for licensure in Illinois and/or Iowa Primary care or family medicine experience preferred Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team-based care skills About the Region: Located near the scenic banks of the Mississippi River, the Hamilton-Warsaw area offers the charm of small-town living with easy access to larger cities.
