Pay: $550.00 per day

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is a unique opportunity to serve America’s Veterans by helping them access the benefits they've earned through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) system. No prescribing or ongoing treatment is required.
Position Details:
- Full-time: 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Average 3–5 Veteran exams per day
- No prescribing or treatment required
- Compensation: $550 per day
- In-person position
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth, non-treatment medical assessments for Veterans
- Review medical history and perform a focused physical exam related to disability claims
- Submit documentation through a streamlined web-based exam tool within 24 hours
- Ensure accurate and thorough reporting for each exam
- No direct patient care, diagnosis, or prescribing responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (any state)
- Previous experience with disability, compensation & pension (C&P), or assessment exams a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a clinical setting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
