Physician Assistant
An established, state-of-the-art, award-winning patient care facility is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their team! We’re seeking a provider who is bilingual in English and Spanish with a strong commitment to preventive care and evidence-based medicine.

Base salary: $120,000 – $130,000, with 10%–15% performance-based bonuses

No weekend requirements
Sign-on bonus (based on candidate)
Malpractice coverage
Support from an experienced clinical team (MA’s with 10–15 years of experience)
In-house credentialing team
Responsibilities
Average 10 to 15 patients per day
Focus on chronic disease management
Develop strategies to reduce ER visits and hospitalizations
Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialists
Educate patients on preventive care and treatment adherence
Requirements
Experience in value-based care – Required
Licensed PA in the state of Florida – Required
Fluent in English and Spanish – Required
Experience with eClinicalWorks (EMR) – Preferred
Passion for caring for a senior population
