Your Role as a Walk-In Clinic Physician Assistant:

• Evaluate & Treat Acute Conditions – Manage minor injuries, infections, illnesses, and urgent complaints.

• Perform Minor Procedures – Suturing, splinting, wound care, and other in-clinic interventions.

• Order & Interpret Diagnostics – Labs, imaging, and rapid testing as needed.

• Provide Patient Education – Counsel patients on follow-up care and preventive measures.

• Maintain Timely Documentation – Complete clear, accurate EMR records of all encounters.

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant – Graduate of an accredited PA program

• Licensed or Eligible in Florida – Active or pending Florida licensure

• Urgent Care or Primary Care Experience Preferred – Comfort with high patient volume and autonomy

• EMR Proficiency – Efficient in documenting and managing clinical data

• Strong Clinical Judgment – Able to work independently with a team-oriented mindset
