- Hospital-employed practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Family Medicine to join a busy and growing team
- Base salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + production-based bonus potential
- Experience as an APP preferred
- Schedule: 4.5 Days per Week
- Some after-hours calls required
- Join one full-time Medical Doctor
- Full-time schedule
- Population: 26,000
- Robust benefits package offered
- Located an hour from both Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago
- Airport offered in Rockford with flights to 7 major US cities
