Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity - Rural Outpatient Practice
Location: Myrtle Point, OR - Coos Bay 25m
Setting: Satellite Clinic (Primary Care + Walk-In)
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Full-spectrum rural primary care and walk-in services

Responsibilities:
* Manage the health and wellness of an assigned patient panel
* Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
* Promote health and prevent disease through education and screenings
* Coordinate referrals and collaborate with community providers as needed
* Prescribe, dispense, and administer medications per scope of practice

Ideal Candidate:
* Family Nurse Practitioner with Oregon licensure
* Unrestricted DEA license
* Minimum two years of primary care experience preferred
* Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
