UNCPN and UNC Primary Care at Clayton, located in Clayton, NC, are currently seeking an experienced, fulltime, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Acute Care Physician Assistant to join their team.

Highlights:
- 1-year Primary Care APP Experience Required
- Existing Primary Care Clinic beginning new APP Acute Care/Transition service
- Flexibility in patient make up: Up to 100% Acute Overflow Care with some flexibility with continuity if preferred
- Responsible for acute access in clinic along with regional hospital and ED follow ups
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm
- No weekends and no evenings
- Fulltime
