Position Summary

They’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant to join their primary care team. This provider will work in a collaborative, team-based environment offering comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The role is ideal for a motivated clinician who thrives in a community-focused setting and is committed to health equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver primary care services including exams, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and health education
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record system
  • Engage patients in preventive care planning and health promotion strategies
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability within the clinic

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current PA license in New York
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting
  • Comfort treating patients across the lifespan: pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural humility and a community-first mindset
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
