Position Summary
They’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant to join their primary care team. This provider will work in a collaborative, team-based environment offering comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The role is ideal for a motivated clinician who thrives in a community-focused setting and is committed to health equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services including exams, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and health education
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record system
- Engage patients in preventive care planning and health promotion strategies
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability within the clinic
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current PA license in New York
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting
- Comfort treating patients across the lifespan: pediatrics to geriatrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural humility and a community-first mindset
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
