Your Role
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient panel
- Conduct thorough medical histories and assessments
- Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs, documenting encounters in our EMR system
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team
- Perform minor office procedures
- Prescribe and manage medications
What You Bring
- MS in Nursing or PA Studies
- State licensure and Board Certification (NP or PA) with NPI and DEA registration
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
