Salary Range: $100,000 – $165,000

She Recruits is working with a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare provider in search of an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Adult Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, integrated care environment that prioritizes accessible, quality care for all.
Position Highlights

Outpatient primary care role in a well-established medical home model

Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends required

Collaborative clinical environment with strong support staff

Daily patient mix includes routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and preventive services

Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Active (or eligible) Connecticut license as an APRN or PA
-
DEA and CT controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain)

1–2 years of experience in primary care or urgent care strongly preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Strong EHR skills and ability to maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation

Committed to providing culturally competent care in a team-based setting
