Baytown, Texas
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team. Our Family Practice provides patient care that is long term based upon a strong commitment to service excellence. We serve a wide variety of patients with varying levels of acute, complex, and chronic disease management needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- $105,000 to $120,000 salary DOE
- Performance bonuses
- Benefits package
- 15 days PTO
- $2,000 per year for CMEs
- Malpractice insurance covered
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-12pm
- No hospital responsibilities or call
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active Texas medical license or willing to obtain
- Active DEA license or willing to obtain
