Job description
Location / Worksite: Financial District, San Francisco, CA 94105
Previous experience desired: 1 year minimum but 5 years primary care preferred
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 month contract with extension option
Schedule & Weekly Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-4:30PM
Rates: Bid
Patient Volume: 7-10 per day
EMR system: Epic
Staff in Department: nursing, physician, and admin
Types of cases/procedures: Primary Care
Required certifications: BC, DEA, BLS, CA license
-Typical appt types: Annual physicals, problem-based visits, travel medicine, referring to specialists, short term disability leave, Rx management, others
-MAs, phleb, and admins as support staff
-Lab on site for draws processed by Quest, POC testing also on site
-Other service lines: PT, chiro, care management, behavioral health psychologists
- Supervising physician on site 4 days/week
- 90 day contract order, possible extension
- Interview process: Phone/Virtual
- What will orientation include? How long will orientation last? 1-2 days
- Onboarding requirements and time required to onboard: 2-3 weeks
